Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rare Network, a faith-centered community and ministry platform. By creating an account or using Rare Network, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of Rare Network
Rare Network provides tools for faith-centered community, prayer, encouragement, testimonies, Scripture-based growth, groups, events, ministry communication, and connection. It is not a substitute for emergency services, professional medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in methods, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may use supported third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple where available.
Community conduct
Use Rare Network in a manner consistent with respectful Christian community. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the platform to violate applicable law or the rights or safety of others.
Prayer, testimony, and community submissions
You remain responsible for content you submit. Do not disclose another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate permission. When you submit content for community visibility, you authorize Rare Network to display that content according to the visibility option you select and to moderate it for safety, community standards, and ministry purposes.
Moderation and ministry safety
Rare Network may review, restrict, reject, remove, or limit content or accounts when reasonably necessary for community safety, ministry integrity, legal compliance, security, or enforcement of these Terms. Features involving prayer teams or ministry leaders may include additional review, assignment, training, or escalation processes.
Events and third parties
Rare Network may link to events, ticketing providers, ministries, churches, organizations, or other third-party services. Transactions and services provided by third parties are governed by their terms. Rare Network is not responsible for the independent acts, content, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Intellectual property
Rare Network's software, branding, design, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, while granting Rare Network the limited permission necessary to host, process, moderate, display, and distribute that content within the service according to your selected visibility and the purpose for which it was submitted.
Availability and changes
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the ministry and platform develop. We work to keep Rare Network available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Account restriction or termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that places members or the service at risk. Members may contact Rare Network regarding account questions or restrictions.
Disclaimer and limitation
Rare Network is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in the platform guarantees a particular spiritual, personal, financial, health, event, or other outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rare Network and those operating it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Rare Network develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
